You must switch tenants before joining. Click on your profile picture should show the list of tenants where you have accepted an invitation. Switch to the Microsoft tenant before joining the meeting. If Microsoft does not appear in your drop down, look in your email (possibly spam folder) for the invitation to accept.

You can also add your customized schedule to your Outlook calendar by clicking on the "Webcal" button to sync your schedule with your calendar or the "ICS" button to download static appointments from your Session Scheduler or your My Schedule page "Actions" dropdown.

Yes, most sessions will be recorded and will be available after the event. Come back to the session's detail page after the event and you will be available to watch the session on-demand. We anticipate most sessions to be available within 48 hours after they are completed.

Registration

Yes. Microsoft Airlift is an NDA event and registration is required for access to all content and sessions, including on-demand and post-session recordings.

All Microsoft FTEs, MVPs, Regional Directors, and select Strategic Partners are invited. When registering, sign in using your @microsoft.com, registered MVP/RD email, or work/school account for partners to ensure timely access.

Session scheduler and My schedule

Many organizations block access to the internet or unknown organizations via firewall policy. This policy often extends to remote devices when connected via VPN. If this policy is in place in your organization, you will not be able to connect to the event while on your corporate network or on VPN.

The error message you received is due to security settings controlled by your organization. You will need to work with your local account administrators to allow the application in your tenant.

Due to speaker availability concerns all live sessions are scheduled during business hours Pacific time. Most sessions will be recorded and available on-demand within 48 hours of the end of the session.

Once you create your personalized Airlift schedule, you will be able to download and add your Airlift calendar to Outlook. The sessions will be added to a separate Airlift calendar. If you want to add the sessions to your personal calendar, from Session Scheduler use the Webcal button to connect with Outlook for an auto-updating calendar or use the ICS button to perform a onetime download. These functions are also available from My Schedule via the Actions dropdown.

Microsoft Airlift uses Microsoft Teams meetings for most of its sessions and Yammer for additional discussions around the event and specific session topics. Attendees without existing access to the Microsoft tenant will receive invitations to join as a Guest to ensure access to session and discussions. All attendees may (depending on your communication settings) receive additional notifications or emails when added to the Yammer community. Please accept the Guest invitation at least 48 hours before the event if possible.

Most sessions use Microsoft Teams meeting that require that you join using the same account you registered under. For MVPs, RDs, and partners you will also need to use the organization switcher to choose the Microsoft tenant prior to joining the session. This is required due to the confidential nature of the content being presented.

All sessions except for on-demand only sessions will have their meeting join button appear 10 minutes before the session goes live.

If you receive an error similar to ?IDX10311: RequireNonce is 'true' (default) but validationContext.Nonce is null.? this means you are trying to sign in using a code which is not supported. Please use your password to authenticate instead and try again.
